Registration Requirements

Welcome to Spring Valley CCSD99.  Registration for new students is in-person at our school office located at 999 N Strong Avenue in Spring Valley, Illinois. Please call 815-664-4601 to set up an appointment to register your student.

You must provide two current documents with the parent/guardian's name and address.  One form must be a driver's license or state ID. 

If your student is transferring from another school, we will contact the previous school directly to obtain your student's records.If we do not receive the following information from your previous school (or if transferring from a school not in Illinois), you will need to supply: 

• Birth Certificate - All students enrolling in the district for the first time are required to present a County issued original birth certificate.

• Medical Information - for additional information about medical requirements, click here.

• Current IEP or any other Special Education records (if applicable)

• Custody Papers (if applicable)

• Registration Fee - $100.00

• Athletic Fee - $75.00

• Organizational Fee - $25.00

• Technology Fee - $100 (7th & 8th Grade iPads)

• Technology Fee - $75 (6th Grade)

• Chromebook Cases - $25 (Chromebooks must have a school-issued case)

• Replacement Locks - $10

• P.E. Uniform Shirt - $10

• P.E. Uniform Shorts - $13
