Legal Notice

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education, Spring Valley Elemeantry C.C.S.D. #99, in the County of Bureau, State of Illinois, that the tentative budget for the said school district for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and the ending June 30, 2026 will be on. file and conveniently available for public inspection during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the office of the Superintendent, located at John F. Kennedy School, 999 N. Strong Ave, Spring Valley, IL beginning May 22, 2026 through June 24, 2026. 

Notice is further given that a public hearing on said budget will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Dated May 22nd Day of May 2026 by the Board of Eudcation of School Distric #99, in the County of Bureau, State of Illinois.
