HUMANS AS TEST SUBJECTS ENDORSEMENT:

NON-HUMAN VERTEBRATE ENDORSEMENT:
All science fair projects that involve the testing of non-human vertebrates need a Non-Human Vertebrate Endorsement. The project must be pre-approved by the sponsor. Use the button on the right to get the proper form with directions.
MICROORGANISM ENDORSEMENT:
All science fair projects that involve microorganisms (mold,
yeast, bacteria, viruses, etc.) need a Microorganism Endorsement.
